If my scalp is feeling a bit dry or I want to give myself a little scalp and hair treatment, this is a must have in my hair care. I leave it in overnight (not too much) and I notice a little lift in my hair by the morning. It provides the hydration to my scalp and hair that I often need! My hair is thin fine drier side.
