Feature ingredients :
- SHEA BUTTER – made from nuts of the Karite tree that are ethically sourced from West Africa. Shea Butter is an excellent emollient as it offers beneficial fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
- ROSEMARY OIL – a steam-distilled essential oil from the flowering tops of the Rosmarinus Officinalis plant. Offers a refreshing aroma and is often used in professional massage treatments as it is thought to ease fatigue .
- CAPSICUM – a natural extract of the fruit of Capsicum Annuum. Offers a natural warming effect desirable in massage and relaxation treatments.

I’ve used this a handful of times when my lower back aches and also on my shoulders when tension turns to pain. I have also used it to help with migraines. I put a little amount on my temples and it helped make it manageable. My husband who works in a warehouse uses it on this lower back to hip area to help with repetitive strain from bending and lifting.
